Serving as the Fractional Head of E-commerce and Marketing for Pureamor by partnering directly with the founder to scale the brand's direct-to-consumer business. I lead the overall growth strategy across ecommerce, website optimization, organic marketing, lifecycle, and paid acquisition while managing a five-person marketing team and aligning execution across every channel.

My work includes elevating the brand positioning, redesigning the website to improve the customer experience and conversion rate, launching and optimizing Meta advertising, building new revenue channels, and creating the operational processes, reporting, and marketing roadmap needed to support long-term growth. By combining strategic leadership with hands-on execution, I'm helping transform Pureamor from an emerging fragrance brand into a scalable e-commerce business with a stronger digital presence and a foundation for sustainable growth.
