As Global Email Marketing Manager, I led email strategy with a focus on driving e-commerce growth and customer retention at scale. I built and executed acquisition and lifecycle programs designed to increase reach, engagement, and revenue. I developed an enterprise-wide A/B testing program, while improving deliverability through list hygiene, IP reputation management, and customer data restructuring.
Prior to that, as Digital Content Producer, I supported e-commerce growth through content optimization and cross-channel execution. I managed product titles and descriptions across Amazon, retail partners, and owned sites, applying SEO and product research to improve visibility and conversion. I conducted site audits and collaborated with cross-functional teams across the U.S. and Canada to enhance the customer experience. I also led the development of Biofreeze brand pages across key retail platforms, strengthening brand presence and supporting B2C expansion.
