As the Fractional Head of Marketing for Gymgum, I led both the e-commerce and marketing transformation to drive rapid, scalable growth. Following a full website redesign, the brand achieved 2,800% DTC sales growth and a 139% increase in conversion rate within the first five months. I introduced a high-converting website experience and subscription program to strengthen retention, increase AOV, and support long-term growth, while also optimizing product merchandising, pricing, and promotional strategy.
Alongside the e-commerce build, I led multi-channel marketing across social, email, SMS, and paid media, scaling Instagram reach from 22K to 35K per month and TikTok reach from 145K to 1M+. I guided brand positioning, storytelling, and go-to-market strategy to create consistency across channels, launched TikTok Shop to drive a 790% revenue increase in the first month, and built lifecycle automation and organic growth systems to increase recurring orders and deepen customer engagement. I also developed advanced reporting dashboards and forecasting models to improve decision-making and continuously optimize performance.
